You should have at least 3 years of experience in the Swiss architecture world and feel confident managing projects from concept to execution. Fluency in German is a big plus, and strong English is essential.
What we’re looking for:
– Solid experience in Swiss planning processes
– Skilled in Archicad, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
– Strong communication and team leadership skills
– Detail-oriented, curious, and open to new ways of working
– Comfortable switching between German and English

You’re someone who gets how architecture and creativity connect with culture—and you know how to broadcast that in smart, visual, and engaging ways. Whether it’s writing a caption, designing a reel, or planning a strategy, you’re confident turning ideas into reach.
What we’re looking for:
– A natural communicator and visual thinker
– Fluent in English (German is a big plus)
– Interest in architecture, design, or visual media
– Comfortable working across platforms (IG, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
– Bonus if you know frameworks like Hormozi or have experience with campaigns
We’re especially looking for people who know how to speak to audiences in different ways—not just sell, but inspire, connect, and build presence. This role can grow with you—we value initiative, experimentation, and people who aren't afraid to try something new.
Remote work is welcome, as long as your internet’s solid and you’re easy to reach. We’re based in Zurich, but we think globally.
